On the morning of February 25, the Provincial Party Committee, the People's Council, and the People's Committee convened a conference to formally announce the resolutions and decisions concerning the reorganization of the administrative apparatus and personnel arrangements. In attendance were Comrade Hà Thị Nga, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Head of the Provincial Delegation to the National Assembly; Comrade Lê Thị Kim Dung, Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Comrade Nguyễn Văn Sơn, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; along with members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, the Executive Committee of the Provincial Party Organization, representatives of Central Party Commissions, the Office of the Party Central Committee, as well as leaders of provincial departments, sectors, and authorities of districts and cities.
